The medicine has been tested on mice and it seemed to have positive effects, which is a good sign. This is a very important discovery to humans. Neurocysicercosis is one of the leading causes of epilepsy in the nation and its increasing as time passes. The cure can be a life saver to many people who are suffering with epilepsy. They will still need treatment, but stopping seizures during the treatment is key for preventing the problems that come with them.
