StudyLadder

So I just found this website which could give many student extra help in their classes. This site includes 10 different subject and provides insight on different lessons. Not just that but it also gives you an interactive activity which you complete after the lesson. Since Science is my favorite subject I think I would use it for Mrs. Graziano's class. This can help on those lessons that I don't completely understand. It also gives me practice to get use to doing the work as well. Its so easy to use and best part is that everyone can use it. I would suggest this site to anyone who thinks they need the help.

iHome iP4 Portable FM Stereo Boombox

The iHome iP4 Boombox is a new iHome made for iPod devices. It mixes both styles old and new. Its model is based on a stylish boombox that would of typically been used in the 1980s. There is a dock to place your iPod into. It is still powered like other iHome. Forget about the chrome and flashing lights that can be found in other iHomes, these have been replaced by a stylish grey or vibrant pink, rubberized texture as well as an adjustable LCD equalizer. The magnetic remote control allows you to play, pause, skip tracks or adjust tracks or adjust the volume from a distance, or alternatively you could just do it from the iPod's touchscreen.

My Summer Plans

Summer Plans

This summer I'm moving to Florida. Theses are actually my two last months in New Jersey. I'm moving there with my sister, mother, and my nephew. Once I have everything over there I might be visiting my family in Ecuador. I have to admit that I am pretty nervous about moving its gonna be a big change. At least I'm gonna get the chance to meet new people and be in a different place. Best of all no more cold, which I DON'T like. I'm gonna miss New Jersey though a lot of memories and a lot of friends that I'm really gonna miss.

Keypad Hidden Watch

This watch is a surefire conversation starter, as it resembles a small 10-key number pad on your wrist. Most folks who ask you for the time will be perplexed as you show them the Keypad Hidden Time Watch. Actually, to read the time is a snap, all you need to do is push any of the number keys, and the time will light up a single digit at the time. Its pretty awesome thing and it only costs $90 when there are $300-$600 watches out there. Its pretty cheap if you think about it.

Intoxicase for iPhone 4

Intoxicase

The Intoxicase is a two part system of a bottle-opening iPhone 4 case and a drink-tracking app. There are two different versions of the case. First one would be the Intoxicase which features a fixed Pub-style opener. The second version, the Intoxicase Plus,  is a much more slimmer, folding style opener. Both cost $35 even though the Plus is still in the pre-order form. The app tracks how much you drink. Its not just for beer, but for sodas as well. I think this is a really cool invention for the iPhone. What do you think about it?

MIT Folding Car

MIT's new car called the Hiriko is an amazing idea. The car is able to fold into half its size which allows people to find better parking. It will also save a lot of money since it runs on electricity. By 2013 they plan to test launch 20 cars in Bilbao, Spain. This car will definitly help people save a lot of money. The only bad part about it is that it only going to be sold based on sharing. Each wheel of the Hiriko is have their own dedicated steering, braking and suspension to maintain space in the cabin. These whells also allow the car to turn right on the spot as well.

Cure Found for Seizure Sufferers

Cure Found for Seizure Sufferers

Scientists at Baylor College of Medicine have discovered that Substance P, found in bad pork, is what causes Neurocysicercosis which is infection that causes severe seizures. They found a type of medicine that can block Substance P but they still need to test it on a human subject. The medicine has been tested on mice and it seemed to have positive effects, which is a good sign. This is a very important discovery to humans. Neurocysicercosis is one of the leading causes of epilepsy in the nation and its increasing as time passes. The cure can be a life saver to many people who are suffering with epilepsy.  They will still need treatment, but stopping seizures during the treatment is key for preventing the problems that come with them.
